Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Not all of our clinicians are in-network for every plan. Please check your coverage carefully by clicking here and asking the questions on the attached sheet.
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis through our post-doctoral fellows and therapy interns
Payment
Cash, check or credit card accepted for payment. Credit card is required to be on file. Payments may be made through the patient portal.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a $50 late cancellation charge for the first missed appointment and full fee for subsequent misses.
